SHIPPING & RETURNS
Dispatch
Each piece is made to order. It leaves the atelier once it is finished; the lead time is confirmed in writing, with the price, before the order is placed.
Carrier and insurance
Pieces travel insured, tracked, and are handed over against signature. We send you the tracking number the day the piece leaves Paris.
Where we ship
Worldwide.
Duties and taxes
Within the European Union, the price includes the applicable taxes. Outside it, import duties and local taxes are payable by the recipient on delivery and are not included in the price.
On delivery
Check the parcel before signing for it. If it arrives damaged or opened, write your reservations precisely on the carrier’s document and tell us within three days so that we can act against the carrier.
Right of withdrawal
Under French law you have fourteen days from the day you receive a piece to withdraw from a distance sale, without giving a reason and without penalty.
Tell us within that period, then send the piece back — unused, complete, in its original packaging — within fourteen days of telling us. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund the price, including the standard outward shipping, within fourteen days of receiving the piece back.
Pieces made to your specifications
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s own specifications or clearly personalised — article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
This covers every special order and any piece altered at your request. We state it again in writing, and you confirm it, before such a piece is started.
Legal guarantee of conformity
You have two years from delivery to invoke the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code). Within that period you may ask for the piece to be repaired or replaced, free of charge, and you do not have to prove that the defect existed at delivery.
How to claim
Write to the atelier with the reference of your order and photographs. We answer within 48 hours.
