Who is responsible

Romeo Gandon is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. For anything on this page, write to contact@romeogandon.com.

What we collect

When you send a request: your name, your e-mail address, the city you give us, the piece or the project concerned, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else — no account, no password, no payment details are ever asked for on this site.

Audience measurement: pages viewed, country, the site you came from. It is aggregated, it uses no cookie, and it does not follow you across other sites.

What stays on your device

Your choice of language, and the name, e-mail and city of your last request so that the form comes back prefilled. Both are kept in your browser’s local storage, on your device only. They never reach us, and the form has a “clear” link that removes them.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your request and prepare a possible order — steps taken at your request before a contract.

To make and deliver a piece you have ordered — performance of the contract.

To keep the accounting records the law requires us to keep — legal obligation.

Who else sees it

Only the providers that make the site work: Vercel for hosting, Supabase for the database where requests are stored, Resend for the e-mail that tells the atelier a request has arrived. They act on our instructions and for nothing else.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We never sell or rent your data, and we send nothing to advertisers.

How long we keep it

A request is kept for three years from our last exchange with you. Documents attached to an order are kept for ten years, as accounting law requires. After that, they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to see the data we hold on you, to have it corrected, erased, limited, or sent to you in a portable form, and you may object to our using it. Write to contact@romeogandon.com; we answer within one month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookie and no tracking cookie, which is why you are not asked to accept anything. Audience measurement is cookieless.

One cookie exists, and only for the atelier: the session of the private administration area, which no visitor ever reaches.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the foot of this page changes with it.
