Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Return Period


  • You may return your product within 30 days of receipt.

2. Return Conditions


  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all its original accessories and packaging.

  • Personalized or engraved items are not eligible for return, except in case of defect.

3. Return Procedure


  • Contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and the return address.

  • Carefully package your product and send it back to the provided address.

4. Refund


  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the same payment method used during the purchase.

  • The refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs


  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we sent an incorrect item.

 

Shipping

Each product is made to order to ensure impeccable quality and craftsmanship.
Preparation and shipping generally take up to 3 weeks after your order confirmation.
These lead times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of personalization and periods of high demand.
Worldwide shipping is offered for all orders over €500.00.

Approximate delivery times after creation:

France:

  • Colissimo: 1 to 3 business days
  • Chronopost relay: 1 to 2 business days

Europe:

  • Colissimo: 3 to 4 business days

International:

FedEx: 3 to 7 business days
